Mirador is a Minneapolis based company that provides its customers with case-by-case negotiated rates and agreements for health care services, as well as health care consulting, throughout the United States. Mirador focuses its efforts on matters associated with the most clinically complex and financially catastrophic health care events.

President and founder Brent Davis brings significant managed care, contracting and benefit management experience to Mirador. Mr. Davis is an attorney licensed in Minnesota. Prior to starting Mirador, Mr. Davis spent fifteen years with United HealthGroup. The first ten of those years were in the legal department where he provided advice and counsel in areas of HMO and insurance carrier regulation and contracting, claims, health care operations, subrogation and member services. He also managed litigation related to health care benefits, employment issues and professional liability issues involving the provision of administrative services to health care plans.

Mr. Davis then spent five years in the United Resource Networks division of United HealthGroup, where, as Vice President of Contract Services, he was responsible for the administration of the contracting function for both clients and health care providers.
